Which hospitals and clinics does Mobimed drive to?
To all hospitals, clinics and rehabilitation centres in Basel, Basel-Landschaft and throughout north-western Switzerland — and, on request, anywhere in Switzerland. The list shows the hospitals we drive to most often.
Will you accompany me to reception?
Yes. We pick you up at your front door and accompany you to reception, the outpatient department or the ward. For outpatient appointments, we can wait for you on request.
Can the hospital book the transport for me?
Yes. Hospitals, care homes and doctors’ surgeries book online or by phone on 0800 670 670 (free of charge). But you or your relatives can just as well book yourselves.

The first IVR-recognised patient transport service in north-western Switzerland
Recognition by the Swiss Interassociation for Rescue Services (IVR/IAS) is not a self-assessment but the result of an external audit of vehicles, equipment, training and procedures. Mobimed was the first patient transport provider in north-western Switzerland to receive it — and still holds it today.
