Procedure

How the journey works

On the day of admission we collect you from home and accompany you to the admissions desk. After the operation we collect you from the ward — lying down if you are not yet allowed to sit, or in a wheelchair. We help you get in and out and bring you right into your flat, including up stairs.

After orthopaedic surgery: gently home

Merian Iselin Klinik specialises in orthopaedics. Anyone coming home with a new hip or a new knee is often not yet allowed to sit normally and needs help transferring. That is exactly what we are there for: lying down or in a wheelchair, with two staff and time for every step.

Mobimed is an independent transport service and is not part of Merian Iselin Klinik. Please arrange appointments and medical questions directly with Merian Iselin. In an emergency, dial 144 — Mobimed is not an emergency ambulance service.
